Details of Classes and Therapies

Having taught English and Design Technology for many years I found yoga an effective way to destress, my interest and experience of complementary therapies grew and I trained in therapeutic massage, Indian Head massage and
I also completed my training in Aromatherapy. My interest in yoga led me to train with the British Wheel of Yoga.
Whilst doing so my daughter became very ill with ME (Myalgic Encephalitis) and had to return home from university.
Having researched the illness and the benefits of yoga, I completed a 'Yoga for ME' course with Angela Stevens and started specialist classes. My students wanted a programme to continue at home and the "Gentle Yoga" CD is the result.
